I’m a graduate of Sheridan College with a diploma in applied photography. I specialize in portraiture and teach street photography on my weekends. My photographic, teaching and studio experience comes as an advantage when creating content and presenting to clients.
I’m experienced with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. In my spare time I enjoy editing personal photographs, vector building and playing with typography. Design can be fun as long as you don’t take it too seriously.
With a background in visual arts, much of what inspires me comes from art and it’s history. I sometimes work by mixing the styles of two artists or taking something from the past and challenging myself to modernize it. I try to immerse myself in a variety of different mediums, from sculpture to painting, film to figure drawing. I’m always open to people sharing their favourite artists with me.
After spending four years at Humber I have learned the art of collaborating with many different people from all creative backgrounds, personalities and creative styles. I also take pride in immersing myself in subjects that may have not interested me in the past. I thrive in an environment where fellow creatives can bounce ideas off of one another. I believe the best ideas come from a mixture of different perspectives and trying new things that may frighten you.
